Shipping & Handling Times:

I typically make and ship your custom jewelry within 2-5 days of payment. Shipping is made via USPS. Once the package arrives at the US Post Office I am not in control of how long it takes them to deliver.  It has been taking longer shipping times in 2020, but they seem to be getting better lately. The package is not considered lost until after 30 days, For International shipping the packages are not considered missing until after 60 days.  International shipping is typically 2-3 weeks, but has taken 6 weeks or more to countries like Australia. Please be patient, once the package leaves our US port, the tracking typically doesn't update much if not at all until it is scanned when delivered.  But (knock on wood) they haven't lost one of my packages in years so (even though I know it is super stressful) no need to freak out too much if your package is running late.

Return Policy:

• Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
• The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Earrings and body piercings are included in this policy.

Condition of Return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Neckwires & custom order returns: 

• Be sure to package your returns carefully. You may even be able use the same box I sent it in. The neckwires must be returned in good wearable condition, a few small bends is okay, but I have received returns in bubble envelopes that were completely mangled upon receipt. If you return in a bubble envelope without a box I will not accept your return and it will come back to you.

• Jewelry made custom to order may include a small restocking fee upon returning.
• The actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of items that were shipped free.
• I am very easy to work with and exchanges are made as simple as possible by me.

• Due to hygienic reasons I cannot accept returns on piercings. On the bright side, You can feel completely confident that your piercings have never been worn by anybody else.

Neckwire Sizing:

To help you find the right neckwire size in inches....
I prefer to wear mine closely-fitted to my neck. Using a flexible tape measure (like one for measuring your body for clothes sizes), I suggest you measure loosely around your neck right around the soft area right at the collarbone then add at least 1/2 inch. If you like it closely fitted, is the size you want, you can add an inch or two for a looser fit. It is all your preference. If the tape measure feels too tight, the neckwire will be too tight. If you are not sure, it is always better to go a little too big than a little too small. Hope this helps.

If you don't have a flexible tape measure, you can use a piece of string.  Wrap it loosely around the area you want to wear it and then measure the string with a tape measure and follow the same directions to get your fit.

Jewelry Care Instructions:

To clean your wire jewelry and neckwires
Use a 100% cotton jewelry cloth or anything 100% cotton may work in a pinch to polish and clean your wire jewelry. Gently rub and polish until it is shiny and vibrant again. The cotton cloth can also be used to reshape and polish your neckwires too. Just be sure to clean gently.
